“Got a new headliner in my 21 year old truck. Dropped her off at 9am and picked her up at 1pm. Looking good! They're very polite and efficient. Two thumbs up!”

Mike Opatrny • Google review“Good communication and completed the job quickly.”
Brad Schafer • Google reviewThe fabric is not the only problem.
The soft foam behind the fabric gets old and breaks down. Then the fabric starts to fall. Once that starts, it often keeps spreading.

Can I just fix it myself?
You can try. A real repair usually means taking the headliner board out, removing the old foam, cleaning the board, and putting on new foam-backed fabric with the right headliner glue. Small pins or glue spots can be a short-term fix, but they may not solve the real problem.
Why is my headliner falling down?
Age, heat, and moisture can break down the glue and soft foam behind the fabric. When that foam turns weak or crumbly, the fabric has nothing strong to stick to.
Will spray glue or pins fix it?
Sometimes they can hold a small spot for a while. But if the old foam is falling apart, new glue may stick to loose foam instead of the board. Pins can hold the cloth up, but they do not replace the bad foam.
How long does a headliner replacement take?
It depends on the car. A simple car can be quicker. A large vehicle or a car with a sunroof can take longer. Color New has one-day turnaround available on many headliner jobs. Text us your vehicle and we’ll tell you what to expect.
